Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the item meets the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, hygiene stickers, and original packaging are intact.
- The item has no signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:
- Panties / underwear
- Bodysuits
- Shapewear
- Swimwear
- Items marked “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or “Clearance”
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
3. Bras Return Policy
Bras may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
- They are unworn, unwashed, and hygiene stickers are intact.
- All tags and original packaging are included.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear or have missing tags will not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Send a return request to meghglam@gmail.com.
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos of the product.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to customer preference (size, style, etc.), return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the policy conditions may be rejected.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- For hygiene and safety, please ensure intimate products are carefully checked before opening or trying.
